Ridgeway Wills was founded by Suzanne Molloy to provide a more personal, professional and thoughtful approach to Will writing and estate planning — an area that is often overlooked, yet critically important for protecting your family, your assets and your future wishes. Many people intend to deal with it “one day”, but it is frequently delayed, despite over 60% of people in the UK not having a Will in place.
Our Expertise
The motivation behind Ridgeway Wills comes from personal experience. When Suzanne's parents reached their 70s, it became clear that they had not yet put Wills in place. Supporting them in arranging their Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney highlighted just how important it is to plan ahead. This became even more meaningful when her mother was diagnosed with dementia, reinforcing the value of having clear, robust arrangements in place before they are needed. This experience now underpins a commitment to helping others avoid uncertainty and ensure their affairs are properly organised, protected and clearly understood.
Ridgeway Wills is led by Suzanne - a legally trained professional with a Law Degree from BPP University, complemented by specialist training and full membership of the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW). This includes adhering to the IPW's strict Code of Practice, approved by Chartered Trading Standards Institute, and completing ongoing professional development each year to maintain the highest standards.
In addition, Suzanne's possesses over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across fintech, banking, SaaS and private equity-backed businesses brings a highly organised, discreet and client-focused approach.
